Headstones - Introduction

This section is for the documentation of QUALTROUGH Family Headstones and Memorials from all around the world. Headstones and/or memorials must contain the name QUALTROUGH or the spouse be born QUALTROUGH. (i.e. there will not be space to include headstones or memorials of first, second, or beyond, generations where the name is lost through marriage.

Photographs must be clear so the transcription can be read if that is possible. If the grave/memorial is very old and the transcription difficult to read, please attempt to transcribe it as best you can. A written transcription will also be provided under the photograph.

Please provide a written transcription to confirm what is on the photograph - to avoid error in transcribing - as well as location of the grave or memorial – i.e. name of the graveyard/cemetery/church etc, address (including street, town, parish. county, state, country, where applicable).

Family members are asked to send their photographs as described above. Contributions are also sought from anyone locating such a headstone or memorial in the course of their research. Thank you.

Please send them with all details required, to Elizabeth Feisst, elizabeth@qualtrough.org
